TerraMine earnings math · September 2026

How Many TerraMine Properties Would It Take to Make $200 a Month?

Using my real 177-property portfolio as the baseline, a 20× boost maintained for 23 hours daily, and a similar future mine mix, the answer is about 2,846 properties. But mine types, boost uptime and withdrawal rules can move that number dramatically.

Modeled target~2,846
Current starting total177
Needed at similar mix~2,669 more

The direct answer

My current portfolio's displayed base rent is $0.647446 per month from 177 properties. With a 20× boost active for 23 hours of every day, that becomes an estimated $12.44 monthly run rate. Scaling that same average property yield to $200 produces a target of approximately 2,846 properties.

$200 ÷ $0.07026 per boosted average property = ~2,846 properties

This is an earnings-rate estimate, not a cash-out guarantee. A projected $200/month is different from having $200 available and successfully withdrawing it.

The real portfolio behind the estimate

These figures come from a September 5, 2026 TerraMine account snapshot, not a generic assumed property distribution.

Mine typePropertiesBase monthly rentBase rent per property
Rock105$0.299376$0.002851
Coal48$0.199066$0.004147
Gold22$0.125738$0.005715
Diamond2$0.023266$0.011633
Total / weighted average177$0.647446$0.003658

The portfolio is close to TerraMine's stated rarity pattern, with a useful two-diamond position and slightly favorable gold representation. Newly acquired mines will be random, so this mix should be treated as a working assumption rather than a promise.

Why boost uptime changes the answer

The displayed rent is not the relevant figure if boosts are maintained. TerraMine currently advertises a 20× boost; I use 23 hours per day rather than a perfect 24-hour schedule.

[(23 × 20) + (1 × 1)] ÷ 24 = 19.208× effective daily multiplier
$0.647446 × 19.208 = ~$12.44 monthly run rate today

That produces a modeled boosted yield of roughly $0.07026 per average property per month. A person who leaves boosts inactive for substantial portions of the day will need far more properties than this page estimates.

Rule of thumb: Do not calculate a property target from the profile's base rent unless you also decide how many boosted hours you can realistically maintain.

Mine-type scenarios

A portfolio consisting entirely of one mine type is unlikely, but these figures show why random mine composition matters. They use the same 23-hour, 20× boost assumption and the observed September base rates.

Hypothetical portfolioBoosted monthly rent per mineProperties for $200/month
All rock mines~$0.0548~3,652
All coal mines~$0.0797~2,509
All gold mines~$0.1098~1,822
All diamond mines~$0.2234~896
Current weighted mix~$0.0703~2,846

Real results will fall somewhere between these extremes. The correct response to a good mine roll is not to assume the model is broken; it is to update the portfolio's weighted average rent.

$200/month run rate versus $200 withdrawn

This distinction matters more than it first appears:

  • $200 monthly run rate: the account is projected to produce roughly $200 over the next 30 days if rules and boost behavior remain unchanged.
  • $200 withdrawable: the account contains at least $200 that has not been exchanged for TerraBucks.
  • $200 withdrawn: the platform has actually sent the money through its payout method.

Reinvesting every dollar can produce a larger displayed monthly rate, but it leaves no cash available to test withdrawal. The $200 experiment is designed to reach both: maintain a meaningful run rate and complete two $100 withdrawals by January 25, 2027.

A modeled path from 177 to $200/month

Under the active experiment's working schedule—2,000 TB/day for the first month, then 1,500 TB/day, with USD saved for 300-TB conversion dates—the model reaches the target around mid-December.

DateProjected propertiesProjected 23-hour monthly rate
Starting point177~$12.44
October 1, 2026~811~$56.98
November 1, 2026~1,528~$107.36
December 1, 2026~2,362~$165.96
December 15, 2026~2,812~$197.58
January 25, 2027~3,745~$263

These are projections, not claims about what TerraMine will pay. They assume the boost, bonus conversion and earning rate remain available.

How to reach the target with fewer properties

  1. Keep boosts active consistently. This is the highest-impact controllable lever in the current model.
  2. Accumulate better mine types over time. Coal, gold and diamond mines raise the weighted average yield.
  3. Save USD for 300-TB conversion days. Every bonus-rate dollar purchases three properties rather than two. Read the 300-TB conversion strategy.
  4. Spend ordinary TB once it reaches 100. A property bought today starts earning sooner.
  5. Protect cash once withdrawal becomes the goal. Continuing to reinvest is not automatically better than receiving real money.
Do not manufacture the target with personal cash merely to hit a dashboard number. A young reward platform can change rates, conversion mechanics or withdrawals. The purpose of a free-to-play experiment is to test the system's economics before making it a meaningful financial exposure.

FAQ

Do I need exactly 2,846 TerraMine properties for $200 a month?

No. That is a current weighted-average estimate. A rock-heavy portfolio will need more; a portfolio with more coal, gold and diamond mines can need fewer.

What if I maintain a full 24-hour boost?

The target would be slightly lower, but a 24-hour assumption is fragile. This page uses 23 hours to allow for ordinary missed boosts and imperfect routines.

Does $200/month mean I can withdraw $200 immediately?

No. It means the portfolio is projected to earn that amount over a month. You must stop converting enough USD and meet the app's withdrawal rules to have cash available.
