Opportunity intelligence, without premature recommendations

The Beer Money Opportunity Watchlist

Some opportunities have earned a full test. Some have already shown their limitations. Others are only leads. This page separates active experiments, visible cashout mechanics and completed payouts so readers can see exactly what evidence exists.

A watchlist entry is not an endorsement. “Watching” means an opportunity appears interesting enough to investigate—not that its earnings, safety or withdrawals have been verified. A visible cashout menu is useful evidence, but it is still different from a successfully delivered payout.

How to read the watchlist

Status labels reflect the strength of our evidence and can change when payouts, economics or platform rules change.

Watching

Promising lead

Interesting enough to research, but not yet tested firsthand.

Active Experiment

Being tested

Real time or money is being tracked against a defined objective.

Cashout UI Verified

Mechanism observed

The app visibly presents a redemption route, but delivery has not yet been proven.

Tested

Evidence collected

We have direct experience and can describe the practical tradeoffs.

Dismissed

Not worth pursuing

The likely return no longer justifies further time, capital or attention.

Current opportunities

A deliberately short list. BMU would rather track a few opportunities honestly than pretend to have tested fifty.

TerraMine

BMU's primary active accumulation experiment. TerraBucks acquire income-producing mines, and daily production, reinvestment and promotional conversions can expand the earning base over time.

Active Experiment
October 1 checkpoint556 mines deployed; 2,728 TB unspent
Modelled run rateAbout $37.84/month with 20× boost near 23h/day
Current objectiveTwo $100 withdrawals by January 25, 2027

Why it remains interesting

Unlike a fixed-reward task, today's work may increase tomorrow's earning base. The October checkpoint makes the strategy measurable rather than purely hypothetical.

What still needs proof

A modelled rate is not an external cash result. BMU is still testing successful withdrawals at scale, stable rules, sustainable boosting and continued access to worthwhile TB methods.

Land Rent

Land Rent has moved beyond payout ambiguity: its current in-app rent screen says accumulated rent can be converted to Land Bucks or redeemed from $5. The cashout catalog visibly lists PayPal, prepaid Mastercard, prepaid Visa, Amazon US and other gift cards.

Cashout UI Verified
Observed account2 plots; app displays $0.10/month
Cashout route shown$5 minimum; PayPal, cards and gift cards listed
BMU postureTest the first external payout before recommending

What this confirms

A rent-funded redemption route is visible in the app, not merely contest language or a future-roadmap claim. That makes Land Rent worth a measured, evidence-led test.

What it does not confirm

Fulfillment, delivery time, long-term rate and boost requirements remain open questions. At the displayed rate, 100 plots would roughly imply $5/month before any of those variables change.

Prospectour

An early virtual-property app BMU is keeping in Scout mode. Its current cashout rail is unavailable, so properties and Gems have no demonstrated cash value in this investigation.

Cashout stateCurrently unavailable
BMU postureScout only; do not spend to accumulate

Why it remains on the list

If a real redemption route returns, its property progression and active-time demands could make a useful comparison with TerraMine and Atlas Earth.

What would move it forward

A visible cashout flow, clear thresholds and limits, and eventually a completed external payout. Until then, a roadmap or in-app balance is not evidence of income.

Atlas Earth

A long-running virtual real-estate app tested through a 150-parcel account. Its cashout model is established, but the account is now a harvest asset rather than an accumulation race.

Tested · Harvest Mode
Current account150 parcels, including 4 Legendary
Payout modelEstablished $5 cashouts and recurring rent
BMU postureMaintain; do not heavily expand

What it proved

The app can produce a small recurring return and its system is understandable. It remains a useful, real comparison rather than a theoretical one.

Why it is not the priority

Beyond the current account, progression has less compelling upside for the time involved. A maintained account can still harvest rent, but BMU's active accumulation focus remains TerraMine.

Virtua2Real

A potential addition to BMU's virtual-property and small-income coverage. It appears adjacent enough to the current TerraMine and Atlas Earth work to merit investigation, but BMU has not yet established firsthand earnings or withdrawal evidence.

Current evidencePreliminary observation only
Testing statusNot yet a BMU experiment
BMU postureResearch before committing time

Why it made the list

It may provide another useful test of persistent virtual assets and earning mechanics, giving BMU a relevant comparison rather than an unrelated generic side hustle.

What would move it forward

Clear earning mechanics, a realistic path to cashout, tolerable active-time requirements and credible evidence that withdrawals actually reach users.

Last substantive watchlist review: October 4, 2026. App terms and BMU classifications may change as new evidence arrives.

From discovery to decision

Every candidate moves through the same evidence ladder. Interesting advertising alone does not advance an opportunity, and a redemption screen is not the same thing as money received.

Step 1Scout
Step 2Investigate
Step 3Test
Step 4Confirm Cashout Route
Step 5Verify External Payout
Step 6Accumulate or Dismiss

What earns a real recommendation?

BMU looks for evidence that survives contact with time, effort and platform risk.

Real economics

Not the largest advertised reward—the likely return after active time, ads, capital and opportunity cost.

Withdrawal evidence

A displayed balance is not cash. Minimums, limits, delivery and successful transfers matter.

No roadmap substitution

Planned cashouts, prize language and a future feature do not count as a live redemption mechanism.

Persistent upside

Preference goes to systems where sensible effort can build a lasting position instead of vanishing after each task.

Have an opportunity worth scouting?

Suggestions are welcome, but inclusion does not guarantee a positive review—or even a full test. The first question is always whether the possible reward justifies the investigation.
